Corporation [NEC] which is the commercial arm of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces.

Proheli International Services Ltd is  fully licensed and authorized by the Government of Uganda to offer services in Maintenance, Repairs and Overhaul of civil and military helicopters and aircrafts.
