Lt Gen James Mugira, the MD NEC, represents Gen Wilson Mbasu Mbadi, Chief of Defence Forces.

On the 28th of March 2023, Lt Gen James Mugira, the Managing Director;  National Enterprise Corporation (NEC), represented Gen Wilson Mbasu Mbadi, Chief of Defence Forces, Uganda People’s Defence Forces at Africa -India Army Chiefs’ Conclave 2023 in Pune City, India.

The Conclave focuses on strengthening defence ties and building an institutionalized framework for better military-to-military cooperation between India and African countries.

This year’s event was held under the Theme: “India’s Defence Industry Potential to Contribute towards Regional  Security”
