The Russia Ambassador to Uganda H.E Vladlen Semivolos paid a courtesy call to the Managing Director of National Enterprise Corporation (NEC).
On, 19th March 2026, The Russia Ambassador to Uganda H.E Vladlen Semivolos paid a courtesy call to the Managing Director of National Enterprise Corporation (NEC) Lt Gen James Mugira at NEC Headquarters in Bugolobi, Kampala to bid him farewell as he ends his tour of duty.
The Ambassador hailed the good relations between the two countries and thanked Gen Mugira for the support during his tenure.
Gen Mugira is the Chairman of the
Uganda- Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Military and Technical Cooperation.
