Hon Maj Gen Innocent Oula Deputy Managing Director-National Enterprise Corporation (NEC)received a high powered delegation from Egyptian National Service Projects Organization( NSPO).

On 20th July, 2021, Hon Maj Gen Innocent Oula; the Deputy Managing Director-National Enterprise Corporation (NEC)received a high powered delegation from Egyptian National Service Projects Organization( NSPO)(the equivalent of NEC) in Uganda at NEC’s headquarters in Bugolobi.
The delegation which is headed by Brig Gen Maged Ibrahim Ali from National Company Animal Production discussed with NEC leadership matters concerning cooperation in the field of animal production.
This is a reciprocal visit on the invitation of Hon Lt Gen James Mugira; the Managing Director-National Enterprise Corporation after leading a delegation to Egypt on 13th March 21 and discussed with the top leadership of NSPO on modalities of setting up a lavicid and animal production factory in Uganda.
Yesterday, the delegation visited NEC projects under NEC Farm-Katonga-a subsidiary of NEC in Kyankwanzi and Gomba District respectively. They also visited Egypt-Uganda Joint Model Farm Poject in Kisozi-Gomba
Egypt-Uganda  Joint Model Farm Project aims at enhancing research activities aimed at improving Agricultural and Livestock Production through the use of high yielding variety seeds and high quality animal breeds applying Egyptian advanced technology.
Other members of the delegation include: Brig Gen Osama Selim, Col Salah Attia, Col Faris Abdel Hamid Ibrahim and Eng Mohamed Abdel Aziz Qatoush.
The Corporation Secretary; Mr. Mukombozi Daniel, all General Managers of NEC Subsidiaries; Brig Dr. Emmanuel Shillingi, Col Wycliffe Kaita, Eng Brian Buhanda, Eng Simon Terwane and Eng Gerald Lumu(represented Maj Gen Muzeyi Sabiiti)attended the meeting.
