Luwero Industries hosted the students from Police Senior Command and Staff College _Bwebajja

On 10th July 2023 Luwero Industries hosted the students from Police Senior Command and Staff College _Bwebajja at its Headquarters in Nakasongola.

Luwero Industries is a Subsidiary Company of the National Enterprise Corporation (NEC) which is the commercial arm of the Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs/UPDF.

The students who included Senior Police and Prison Service Officers were led by their Commandant SCP Kafeero and received by Eng Gerald Lumu, the Deputy General Manager at Luwero Industries on behalf of Maj Gen Sabiiti Muzeyi, the General Manager.

The students were taken on a guided tour and visited the Kiira Motors Bus Manufacturing and Assembly Workshop, Cartridge Production Workshop, Precision Workshop, Veba Carpentry Workshop, NEC-STREIT (U) Workshop, and PRO-Heli International Services Workshop.

Lt Col Nkwasibwe,  the Human Resources and Administration Manager made a presentation on the operations and activities of Luwero Industries underscoring the role and significance of Defence Industries.

Present at the function were senior managers from Luwero Industries.
