National Enterprise Corporation ( NEC) and Uganda National Council of Science and Technology (UNCST) sign a Memorandum of Understanding.

On 12th November, 21, National Enterprise Corporation ( NEC) and Uganda National Council of Science and Technology (UNCST) signed a Memorandum of Understanding at NEC Headquarters in Bugolobi,Kampala. The aim of the MoU is to enhance the technological skill base of Ugandans to participate in national infrastructure projects, manufacturing Industries, promote local content and consequently create globally competitive businesses to facilitate a mutually beneficial collaboration and cooperation in the discharge of their respective statutory obligations. Lt Gen James Mugira thee Managing Director- NEC and Dr. Martin Patrick Ongol-Executive Secretary-UNCST signed on behalf of their respective entities.
