Yesterday 18th April 2023 H.E President Gen (Rtd) Yoweri K. Museveni  commissioned INTO FLIGHT the first Soviet Union/Russia-type Helicopter overhauled on the African Continent South of the Sahara by PRO-Heli International Services, a Joint Venture with NEC in Nakasongola District
