Lt Gen James Mugira received a team from KVA Patriotic Club at Luwero Defence Industries in Nakasongola. 

Yesterday 1st June 2022, the Managing Director-National Enterprise Corporation (NEC), Lt Gen James Mugira received a team from KVA Patriotic Club at Luwero Defence Industries in Nakasongola.

Gen James Mugira briefed the team on the management structure,  mandate of NEC and its contribution to Social Economic Development of Uganda emphasising the role of Defence Industries.

The team was led on a guided tour of production lines that include bus manufacturing,  mask production,  veba workshop,  Kyoga Dynamics Emulsion factory, NEC-STREIT (armoured car) workshop and PRO-Heli International Services ( for Maintenance,  Repair and Overhaul of Mi Series helicopters.

Present was Maj Gen Sabiiti Muzeyi, the General Manager NEC Luwero Defence Industries,  a subsidiary of NEC among others.
