On 8th June 2022, General Manager NEC Construction Works and Engineering Ltd (NEC Works); Eng Brian Buhanda, Eng Ronald Mugisha, Head Construction and supervision Department UNRA, Eng Lukala Justine ; project manager UNRA,
Eng Haruna Juma; contract manager UNRA among others  inspected 4.2km Entebbe Paediatric Hospital Access Road under Construction in Entebbe by NEC Works a subsidiary of National Enterprise Corporation (NEC), the commercial arm of Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs.
Asaphat concrete has been laid on entire contracted 4. 2 kms and slated for commissioning soon
